Day of Coordination
You’ve planned your wedding.
Now you need someone to help carry it out.
Before the celebration, we’ll review your plans, gather the details from your vendors, and prepare a wedding-day timeline.
On the day itself, I’ll be there to keep events moving, communicate with vendors, and handle the details as they arise.
You can spend your wedding day with the people you love, knowing someone is looking after the plan you created.
Best for: Couples who have made their arrangements and need professional coordination on the wedding day.
Starting at $1,195 plus tax
Month-of Coordination
As your wedding approaches, I’ll step in approximately six weeks before the date to bring the final details together.
We’ll review what you’ve planned, confirm arrangements with your vendors, finalize the timeline, and prepare everyone for the celebration.
This package also includes rehearsal coordination and on-site coordination on your wedding day.
You’ve done the planning;
I’ll help make sure all those pieces come together.
Best for: Couples who want to plan their wedding themselves and hand over the final coordination.

Full Wedding Planning
From your early ideas through your wedding day, you’ll have a planning partner beside you.
I’ll help you shape your priorities, organize your budget and timeline, research and coordinate vendors, and keep the many moving pieces on track. As the day approaches, I’ll manage the final details and be on site to coordinate your celebration.
Your choices and your story remain at the heart of the day. I’m here to help bring them to life with care, organization, and local knowledge.
